Co-dependency has become one of those buzz words similar to authenticity. It’s not easy to define in my opinion because it plays out differently in each individual. The most basic definition is that codependency is the need to be needed.
As someone who has been a bit timid and introverted, I haven’t always allowed people to really know my heart.
Personally I shudder to think about what my life would be like and where I would be without the gift of redemption. Clearly Jesus’ death on the cross is the ultimate redemption where he paid for our sin and error that evil brought into this world. Striving...I really dislike that word. I shouldn’t because striving can be a good thing in the right context.
